- I'm just a middle-aged guy trying to fight off the spare tire and see what physical challenges I can still accomplish. After completing four marathons in the last 2 years, I've set my sights on the Boise Half Ironman in June 2009. This blog is to document my 18 week training program, although I didn't start the blog until week 5. I'm concurrently training for the Ogden Marathon in May.
