Week 13 - Wednesday
I went to the gym after work for a short run. I did a quick 3 miles and was out of there before I knew it. The goal right now is to just stay loose and get rested with just over a week until Ogden. I'm digging this marathon taper!
I'm just a middle-aged guy trying to fight off the spare tire and see what physical challenges I can still accomplish. After completing four marathons in the last 2 years, I've set my sights on the Boise Half Ironman in June 2009. This blog is to document my 18 week training program, although I didn't start the blog until week 5. I'm concurrently training for the Ogden Marathon in May.
